Apartment Renovation in Tartu

Renovation of a two-room apartment in Tartu. All floors, walls and ceilings were stripped out and rebuilt. The bathroom was fully gutted, then taken right through to tiling and fit-out. The flat was completely unliveable when we took it on; we turned it into a modern, like-new apartment built to last.

Room Refresh Renovation

Refresh renovation of a room. Works included: Ceiling tidied up. Wallpaper replaced and one wall painted. Laminate flooring and skirting boards installed.

Canopy Construction in Haaslava

In Haaslava we first widened the client's terrace, then added a roof and walls. In the end the client wanted side access straight onto the terrace, so we built a sliding door in the same pattern as the walls.

Another refresh job for a client in Tõrvandi. Works completed: Walls levelled and painted. MDF panel ceiling installed. Laminate flooring and skirting boards laid. Finally, an IKEA kitchen was fitted and connected up.

Refresh of a one-room apartment in Tõrvandi. Walls were stripped and re-papered. A new laminate floor was laid. Ceilings were levelled and repainted. We took the flat in an unliveable state and handed it back ready to move into. The owner only had to bring in the furniture before life could begin.

Canopy Construction in Põlva County

Deep in the Põlva County forests we built a terrace canopy for the client, a relaxed spot to spend time surrounded by nature.

Uusküla Spa

Over the winter we were brought in to handle facade work on a soon-to-open spa in Uusküla. We installed the insulation and external cladding. The cladding was laid in a pattern and fixed with concealed nails, using thermo-treated boards.

Railings Construction

Railings added to a terrace. The client already had the deck and roof, but the space felt unfinished. We fitted railings in two of the bays for a touch more privacy and a cosier feel.

We enlarged the client's terrace and built a covered shelter with walls on top. Privacy is sorted, and there's a comfortable spot for summer evenings.

A clear example of how a canopy can split a single terrace into two distinct zones. We divided the terrace into three sections, with roofs and railings on each end. The open middle is great for summer sun while still feeling private enough.

We built canopies for two neighbours at once, giving both homes a matching style and a clean shared line. A low railing and partial wall were added at the corner box to bring in a bit more privacy.

In central Tartu we helped a fast-food venue get its feature wallpaper up before opening day. The schedule was tight, so we worked into the night to finish on time and let them welcome their first guests.

We built a decked base for the garden shed and installed it on top.

Tiling

Tiling in front of a wood-burning stove. We removed the old floor and reinforced the joists. A new floor was poured for the tiled section, and the area in front of the stove was tiled.

The client wanted a terrace between two outbuildings as a place to relax after the sauna. We poured the post foundation, built a pressure-treated double frame and laid the decking. Boards were fixed with concealed screws to keep the look clean and solid. Steps were also built.
